Miaoyan Eating Barbecue

I have been back from Sichuan for a week and I was very busy for the past week. I didn't have time to do updates as well as respond to emails from my friends. I also forgot to bring my camera back from my hometown, but I have some pictures which my sister had taken with her camera.

The first thing I want to show you is my niece. I know you haven't seen her for a year and here you will see how she has grown up. She is getting prettier and more thoughtful. Its always wonderful to have a little kid around you and it takes me back to my childhood again. After few months, I am going to be the aunt of two babies. Oh...I am getting old....

The Braces

Happy New Year!!!Greetingsfrom Sichuan. I am now in Mianyang. I just booked the tickets for my return to Beijing on the 23th.

Chinese New Year is a time for family. Last year my family met in Beijing, this year we met in Sichuan. The difference being i my sister now married, so she has to be with her husband and his family. We do miss her but I am still happy as I can spend time with my little niece.

But I do not feel that well because I have another extra thing gives me pain- braces. i noticed my front teeth were crooked, but not obviously. As my brother is a dentist, I took this oppurtunity to ask him to make braces to help my teeth to be more straight. I didn't know it would be this painful, I can not eat anything hard:-((( The good thing is I don't need to worry that I will get fat because of the delicious food my mom makes for me during this holiday.

Spring Festival

As the holiday is close, I am getting really busy these days.

The thing is I am going back to my hometown today after work. My sister's wedding will be held tomorrow. I asked my company for one week off.
