Sport

Except working, recently my focus is at making sports and losing weight.About two months ago I found I have gained about 4-5kg weight, then I decided to stop eating too much and to do some sports. It is so hard for me to stop eating in winter time, especially when I don't have to work and staying at home. Then I choose not to eat too many cakes and chocolates, instead to eat fruits, like apples and oranges, whenever I feel want to eat something. Then I started running every afternoon when I don't go to work about 1 hour and doing 45 minutes yoga in the evening and then 100 situps.

Until now(after one and half months sport), I have lost only 1KG:-((

It is very strange, in the first year I came to Germany, I didn't control my diet at all and I often overate but only until 2 or 3 months ago, my weight suddenly from 48 kg jumped to 53kg:-(((

This is the reason why I don't like to take photos of myself recently-I don't like to see myself been fat in photos.I will post a photo here to celebrate when my weight is back to 48kg.........

  1. Wait, if you do some exercises, the weight of fat could be changed to added muscles!

Jens-Olaf is correct! You should be using a tape measure instead of the scales. You have probably lost inches and maybe gained muscle weight.

You're beautiful, try not to worry so much about a few extra pounds. :)

Hi Jens: no wonder after couple of days without working out, my weight usually is lighter.

Hi Vivi: Thanks for the compliment.I will continue to work out, maybe after two more months I will see how it looks. At least I feel my legs are stronger than before.I don't feel pain anymore in my legs after running now.

    Best regards,
    Lingling

Careful when running to minimize shocking the knees and other joints - you want to glide, not pound the pavement

  6. Thanks for the advice.I tried to run on the grass but worried if it's not good for the grasses to grow up.But now I started to run a little bit slow(1 hour for about 6 km).
